These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website
https://www.prizenta.com (the "Site") and the services offered on it (together, the
"Service"), operated by ACROSS DIGITAL Ltd., incorporated in Latvia,
Reg. Nr. 40003907028, registered address: 14 Dzerbenes street, Riga, LV-1006,
Latvia (the "Company", "PRIZENTA", "we", "us", "our"), under the registered trademark
"PRIZENTA".
By creating an account, by completing a purchase as a guest, or by otherwise using the
Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our
Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
"Gift Card" — an electronic gift card, voucher or code for goods or services of a third-party brand or supplier, offered for purchase on the Site.
"Supplier" — the third party that issues or supplies a Gift Card and is responsible for honouring it.
"Order" — a purchase of one or more Gift Cards through the Site.
"User" — a person with a registered PRIZENTA account.
"Guest" — a person who makes a purchase without registering an account.
"Recipient" — the person to whom a Gift Card is addressed as a gift.
"Deposit" — a prepaid balance held in your registered account, denominated in euro (EUR), usable solely to pay for purchases on the Site.
"Code" — the redeemable number, PIN, link or barcode of a purchased Gift Card.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for consumers who are at least 18 years old and legally capable
of entering into binding agreements. By using the Service you confirm that you meet
these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Accounts
You may register an account with an email address and password or, where offered,
through a supported third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your
credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us without
delay at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised use.
One person may hold one account. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts created with
disposable or unreachable email addresses, or used in breach of these Terms.
4. Guest purchases
You may buy a single Gift Card for yourself or as a gift without registering. Guest
orders may be subject to a guest service fee, shown before payment. Order status and
the Code are made available through a unique, unguessable status-page link sent to the
email address you provide — for security, we do not send raw Codes in email. Keep the
link confidential; anyone with the link can view the order.
Guest orders do not include self-service exchange or refund options. Statutory rights,
refunds for failed fulfilment and support-assisted remedies remain available. A guest
order can later be claimed into a registered account using the claim option on the
status page; claiming does not duplicate ownership or payment.
5. Gift Cards and Suppliers
Gift Cards are issued and honoured by their respective Suppliers and are subject to the
Supplier's own terms, including validity period, redemption rules and any restrictions
stated on the product page or on the Gift Card itself. PRIZENTA sells Gift Cards as a
reseller and is not the issuer of third-party Gift Cards. Brand names and logos belong
to their owners; their appearance on the Site does not imply sponsorship or endorsement
of PRIZENTA.
Check the product page carefully before purchase: country or region of redemption,
currency, nominal value and expiry are stated there and cannot always be changed after
the Order is fulfilled.
6. Ordering, fulfilment and delivery
After payment is confirmed, your Order is fulfilled and the Code is made available in
your account (or on the guest status page). Some Orders are fulfilled by our team
manually; the expected delivery timeframe is shown at checkout and in the order
confirmation. If fulfilment is delayed, we will keep you informed on the order page.
For security, a Code is available for reveal for a limited period shown on the order
page. After this period ends the Code is masked and permanently removed from our
systems, and we retain only non-sensitive audit records. Save or redeem your
Code within the reveal period. The reveal period concerns our storage of the
Code only; the Gift Card's own validity is determined by the Supplier's terms.
If we cannot fulfil an Order (for example, a product becomes unavailable), we will
refund the full amount paid to the original payment method.
7. Prices, fees and payment
All prices are stated in euro (EUR). The total payable, including any applicable
service fee, is shown before you confirm payment. Service fees may differ for guest,
registered and subscription customers and are stated in the checkout summary.
Card payments are processed by our payment service provider (Stripe). We do not store
full card numbers. Where available, you may also pay in whole or in part from your
Deposit; if the Deposit does not cover the full amount, the remainder is charged to
your payment card.
8. Deposit balance
Registered Users may top up a Deposit in fixed amounts offered on the Site. The Deposit
is a prepaid balance usable solely to pay for purchases on the Site. It is not a bank
account, is not transferable to third parties except through the gifting features of
the Service, and accrues no interest.
Top-ups may have an expiry period, which is stated at the time of top-up. Deposit
amounts are consumed oldest-first. Your current balance, top-up history and expiry
dates are shown in your account. Refunds of Deposit amounts are made where required by
law or where these Terms provide for them.
9. Gifting
You may address a purchased Gift Card to a Recipient's email address. The Recipient
receives a secure link to view and claim the gift. Until the gift is claimed, it
remains in your account and you may be able to re-address it. You are responsible for
the accuracy of the Recipient's email address. Gifting a Gift Card transfers your
rights in it to the Recipient upon claim.
10. Exchanges, returns and refunds
Registered Users may exchange an eligible, unrevealed and unactivated Gift Card for
another product, or return it, in which case the value is credited to the Deposit. The
conditions and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm the action. Once a Code
has been revealed or activated, the Gift Card can no longer be exchanged or returned,
except where the law provides otherwise.
Refunds for failed fulfilment, billing errors and other Company-caused failures are
made to the original payment method. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory
consumer rights.
11. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14
days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection
Law and Directive 2011/83/EU. By requesting delivery of a Gift Card Code before the end
of the withdrawal period and acknowledging this at checkout, you consent to immediate
performance and, once the Code has been made available to you, you lose the right of
withdrawal for that Order to the extent permitted by law. To exercise a right of

12. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
use the Service for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose;
use stolen or unauthorised payment instruments;
create multiple or fictitious accounts, or misuse referral, promotional or gifting features to obtain benefits contrary to their purpose;
access the Service by automated means, scrape the catalogue, or probe, disrupt or circumvent its security;
resell Gift Cards commercially without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or cancel Orders, withhold promotional credits, reverse credits obtained
in breach of these Terms, and suspend or close accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
Paid-for value that is not connected to the breach remains refundable in accordance
with law.
13. Intellectual property
The Site, its software, design, texts and data are protected by intellectual property
rights belonging to the Company or its licensors. You receive a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended consumer
purpose. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
14. Service availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free operation. Product descriptions are based on Supplier information. Where a
manifest pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected Order and
refund it in full. Redemption of a Gift Card and the quality of the underlying goods or
services are the responsibility of the Supplier, without prejudice to your statutory
rights against us as the seller.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited
under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence or under
mandatory consumer protection rules. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising
from an Order is limited to the amount paid for that Order, and we are not liable for
indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity incurred in the course of
business activities.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request closure of your account. We
may suspend or terminate the Service or an account for material breach of these Terms,
for legal or security reasons, or upon discontinuation of the Service with reasonable
notice. Upon account closure, undelivered paid Orders and refundable balances are
settled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Site and, for
registered Users, by email, with reasonable advance notice. The version and date at the
top of this document identify the current Terms. Continued use of the Service after the
effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and
settle any open balances as described above. Amendments do not retroactively affect
Orders already completed.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to
mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to
the courts of the Republic of Latvia unless mandatory law provides otherwise. You may
also submit complaints to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use
the EU online dispute resolution platform at
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
