PRIZENTA offers a huge selection of gift cards with a face value of € 10 to € 10,000 and constantly expands it. There are always only trusted shops and services, many of which will be well familiar. When choosing a gift card, pay separate attention to the availability of goods and services specifically for your country.

To protect against fraud, before using each gift card, you must activate it. In the Orders section of your PRIZENTA account, next to the desired gift card, click "Activate". Activation usually occurs within an hour or two during business hours, 7 days a week. The new status will be displayed next to your card. The activation code itself will be available in the Orders section of your PRIZENTA account until the gift card itself expires. After activation, the gift card is ready for payment at the store or service of your choice. PRIZENTA recommends ordering and activating cards only a few days before using them.

Registered users can receive gift cards as gifts from other PRIZENTA users. You can also send gift cards to anyone by sending them via email or messenger. The recipient will be able to use your gift as soon as they register on PRIZENTA.
Please note that in some countries it is necessary to declare the gifting of gift cards to other individuals or legal entities.

All Gift Cards purchased on PRIZENTA or received as gifts from other users are stored on your account until their expiration date, even after activation. The method of storing unactivated gift cards is almost 100% secure and the most reliable of all available today.

You can always exchange your already purchased gift cards for any others of the same denomination. The main condition is that the cards for exchange are not yet activated or expired. Just write your request in your account, and if confirmed, the exchange will take place within one or two days, and instead of the exchanged ones, the selected new gift cards will appear in your list of cards.
Please note that gift cards of the No name prepaid bank card type are not subject to exchange. An additional fee may be charged for exchanging gift cards.

Registered users have the right to return unactivated gift cards purchased on PRIZENTA, no later than 7 days before their expiration date. Money for returned gift cards will be transferred to the account or bank card from which these gift cards were purchased.
Please note that all gift cards of the No name prepaid bank card category, as well as those received as gifts from other PRIZENTA users, are non-refundable. An additional fee may be charged for exchanging gift cards.
