Which gift cards are presented on PRIZENTA?

Do I need to register with Prizenta to order gift cards?

To purchase, gift, store and exchange electronic gift cards, you must register yourself on PRIZENTA as an individual or as a legal entity. Please note that for a legal entity, you may be required to confirm the authenticity of your data and your right to represent it.

Why is storing gift cards on PRIZENTA so safe?

PRIZENTA uses advanced data storage methods with several strategies simultaneously applied to prevent compromise, damage and loss of confidential information. Therefore, all gift cards of a registered PRIZENTA user will be safe and securely stored.

What is the difference between offers for individuals and legal entities?

Most countries have different lists of acceptable goods and services for purchase by individuals and legal entities. Therefore, for convenience, PRIZENTA immediately divides these lists of categories into two separate ones - for private and corporate users. First of all, this helps to get rid of confusion and prevent internal corporate violations related to ordinary carelessness, corruption, fraud, financial abuse and non-targeted spending without justification. For example, for companies, among others, such categories as "Jewelry" and "Computer games" are excluded. The purchase and use of such gift cards simply does not fit into business ethics and correct accounting. And in a number of countries, such spending by companies on gifts will be punishable by law.

Why may some offers on PRIZENTA be unavailable?

Due to various legislative, sanction, tax, logistic and other restrictions for individual countries, PRIZENTA may exclude from display those gift cards that the seller does not offer for the region specified in your profile. This may be due to various reasons. For example, the impossibility of providing services or delivering goods specifically to your country, restrictions on the permissible denomination of gift cards, restrictions due to the conditions for using gift cards or even due to their expiration date. Are offers on PRIZENTA limited for my country?

If you are logged in, PRIZENTA knows which country you are from and will only show you the offers that are available for your region. As a rule, this list is based on the restrictions of the stores and services themselves for specific countries.

Due to some legislative restrictions of individual countries, PRIZENTA may provide a limited version of the service in your region. However, we are constantly working to expand the geography of services and achieve the necessary compliance for the full use of PRIZENTA in all regions where our users are located.

Why select countries in your account?

Specifying your residency and other countries of your choice allows PRIZENTA to accurately take into account from which countries you want to see the assortment first of all. This allows you to avoid confusion in gift cards from sellers whose goods and services are simply not available in your region or are duplicated from country to country. For example, you are interested in Euronics offers, but only in Estonia, and not in Latvia and Lithuania. Thus, all offers will be conveniently filtered specifically for you.

What does the PREMIUM subscription provide?

The subscription applies to all your gift cards purchased or received as a gift on PRIZENTA and allows you to: a) store gift cards indefinitely, regardless of their expiration date; b) exchange gift cards for others without restrictions; c) return gift cards back.

Where do PRIZENTA gift cards come from?

PRIZENTA is a registered customer of each original seller of electronic gift cards (certificates, vouchers, coupons). Therefore, all of them are genuine and are provided to PRIZENTA by its users directly from the seller. The sellers themselves, who issue their original gift cards, undergo a thorough selection according to all criteria of compliance and reliability.

What rules apply to gift cards?

Each gift card (certificate, voucher, coupon) has its own Terms of Use of the direct seller that issued them. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the rules of use of gift cards in advance before ordering them on PRIZENTA. A link to the Terms of Use is provided in the description of each gift card.

Why do I need to activate my gift card before using it?

In order to protect against fraud, PRIZENTA provides its users with an increased level of security. It is necessary to activate the gift card some time before using it. The activation itself usually occurs within one or two hours during business hours (UTC+00:00, London time zone) 7 days a week. Until the activation, the ordered gift card is considered purchased and reserved for you. After activation, you receive the unique gift card code itself to exchange for goods and services.

What email should I use on the seller`s website to make purchases using gift cards?

All offered gift cards will be conditionally linked to the email you specified when registering on PRIZENTA. For the correct exchange of gift cards for goods and services, when registering on the seller`s website, it is recommended to specify the same email as when registering on PRIZENTA.

When do ordered gift cards become available?

The gift cards you have selected and paid for on PRIZENTA are immediately available in the “Orders” section. To use them with the seller, you only need to activate the gift card code. To do this, in the “Orders” section, select “Activate” opposite the card you are interested in. Activation usually occurs within 1-2 hours during business hours, 7 days a week. The status will change, and the activation code itself will be available until the gift card expires. After activation, the gift card is ready for payment at the store or service you have chosen. In order to prevent unreasonable risks and fraud, PRIZENTA recommends activating gift cards 1-2 days before using them.

Who can you give gift cards to?

Registered users with a personal account can buy and give gift cards to anyone at their discretion. You can also give gift cards to anyone and anywhere by sending them via email or messenger. The recipient will be able to use your gift as soon as they register on PRIZENTA. You can also instantly receive gift cards as gifts from other PRIZENTA users. Corporate account users can buy and give gift cards to their employees, clients and partners for any occasion that does not contradict the business and legal regulations of your country. Please note that in some countries it is necessary to declare the gift of gift cards to other individuals or legal entities.

How many times can gift cards be redeemed?

Registered users with a free account, if available in your region, have the right to exchange up to 3 gift cards during one calendar year for a total of up to €150, whichever comes first. To do this, in the “Orders” section, select “Exchange” next to the card you are interested in, indicate the card for exchange and receive PRIZENTA confirmation. If the exchange is possible, it will happen within 2-5 days without separate notification. PREMIUM users can order exchanges without restrictions on the number of cards and amounts. Due to the peculiarities of local legislation, this service may be limited in some countries. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for the service.

What is Gift Card Perpetuity?

All your gift cards purchased on PRIZENTA or received as gifts from other users are stored on your account until their expiration date, regardless of whether they are activated or not. PREMIUM subscribers can store their gift cards indefinitely, regardless of their expiration date, until they decide to activate and use them. The storage period will depend only on the subscription period itself. In this case, the PREMIUM subscriber himself determines when to delete already used activated cards. Due to the peculiarities of local legislation, in some countries this service may be limited or an additional fee may be charged.

Which cards can be returned and which cannot?

Registered users with a free account, if available in your region, have the right to return one unactivated gift card purchased on PRIZENTA up to €50 with a remaining validity of at least 7 days within one calendar year. To do this, in the “Orders” section, select “Return” opposite the card you are interested in and receive confirmation from PRIZENTA. If a return is possible, it will happen within 2-5 days without separate notification. The refund for the returned gift card will be made to the account or bank card from which these gift cards were purchased. Please note that all gift cards of the No name prepaid bank card category, as well as those received as gifts from other PRIZENTA users, are non-refundable. PREMIUM subscribers can order returns without restrictions on the number and amount. Due to the peculiarities of local legislation, this service may be limited in some countries. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for the service.

Special conditions

Do gift cards need to be reported on your taxes?

Some countries have different laws that require nationals of that country to declare the gift card as additional income on their tax return if they receive a gift card above a certain value and intend to use it for themselves. For more information, please contact your country`s tax office or a qualified accountant.

What is legal entity authentication?

This is a standard procedure - PRIZENTA will check the legal entity data provided for registration for authenticity and compliance. If the data or some part of it does not match the declared data, we will ask to confirm the information with official corporate documents or the corporate account registration may be denied.

When can PRIZENTA refuse to provide services?

If the user`s actions appear suspicious, malicious or illegal, PRIZENTA reserves the right to freeze such an account until the details are clarified, or to delete such an account without warning or compensation, with a refusal to provide services in the future.
