We are always open to cooperation and are ready to consider placing your gift cards for distribution in 39 countries for an audience of more than 270 million.

This is a platform for individuals and corporate users to purchase, own and manage their electronic gift cards. PRIZENTA operates on the principle of a “single window”, which allows for simple and convenient issuing, selling, storing and keeping records of gift cards, certificates, vouchers or coupons. Corporate clients also use the platform in white label format as a prize showcase for their bonus loyalty programs, research, employee incentives.

In order for cooperation to be interesting for PRIZENTA users and your future customers, it is necessary to meet some simple criteria. The set of these criteria is based on the EU Legislative Regulations on the use of gift cards, as well as the opinions of our customers and partners.

PRIZENTA offers only digital gift cards. This is a non-cash electronic payment instrument of various denominations issued by the Seller, such as:

• physical store
• a physical point of service
• marketplace
• an online store
• service provider;
• corporation;
• an online service

Digital gift cards are accepted by the same Seller (issuing party) for subsequent exchange for the goods/services provided by them. In this case, a digital gift card can be limited and accepted, for example, only in an online store. Or, conversely, it can be unlimited and accepted in all physical (offline) stores, as well as in the Seller`s online store.

1. The seller of the gift card is a registered legal entity or merchant in a European country or directly serving the European market;
2. The legal entity, its beneficiaries or the merchant are not included in the EU sanctions list;
3. The legal entity of the Seller does not have injunctions and restrictions, or effective legal claims limiting its commercial activities;
4. On the Seller`s online resource (on the official website, online service or online store) there is open access to information (without the need for registration) about the product / service and its delivery to the buyer;
5. The Seller`s online resource (on the official website, online service or online store) provides open access to information in a clear form (without the need for registration) about the rules for using its gift cards, about the product/service and its delivery to the buyer;
6. The online version of the store / service is available either in the language of the country where purchases are available or in English. Stores / services offering delivery abroad must have an English version. Localization into additional languages is only welcome;
7. If a Seller limits the number of locations where its digital gift card is accepted, this information must be publicly available and very specific;
8. The merchant does not charge additional fees or apply other markups when accepting gift cards as a form of payment.

1. A gift certificate can be used to pay for goods / services and deliver them for the full amount corresponding to the denomination indicated in it.
2. The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The validity period of digital gift cards for denominations of 5-150 euros is at least 6 months, and for denominations of 150 euros and more at least 12 months.
4. The goods/services provided for gift cards and the methods of their delivery must be available from the Seller on the same terms as when paying with money.
5. Warranty obligations for goods and services provided for gift cards, as well as the possibility of exchanging/returning goods, must be available from the Seller under the same conditions as when paying with money.
6. Goods / services are presented at points of sale for the same currency as gift certificates.
